OLYMPIA BLACK - FAQs
1. What does my Black Card include?
Your Olympia Black Card gives you access to all three signature Olympia events in 2025, rapid queue access, and a members-only event at the end of the year (Olympia Black). You also receive a one-time welcome gift if you're a first-time member.

2. Do I still need to bring ID?
Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every event, regardless of Black Card status. No ID = no entry.

3. I’m not 25 yet. Can I still attend with a Black Card?
No. All Olympia events are strictly 25+ — even if you’ve purchased a Black Card. If you or your guest are under 25, you will be denied entry.

4. When and how do I get my physical Black Card?
You’ll receive your card in person at Olympia’s April. Look out for the Olympia Black team when you arrive — you’ll be handed an envelope with your card and instructions to claim your welcome gift.

5. How do I claim my welcome gift?
Inside your Black Card envelope will be a barcode or instructions. Visit the Olympia Black Desk before leaving the event to scan and claim your welcome gift. This is a one-time perk for first-time Black Card holders only.

6. What happens if I lose my Black Card?
Contact the Olympia Black team via the app or email immediately. Replacements may be available at a fee, but benefits may be limited without a valid card.

7. Can I give my card or benefits to someone else?
No. Your Black Card is non-transferable. Only the named cardholder can use it or access the benefits attached to it.

8. What is the Olympia Black end-of-year event?
Olympia Black is a private, members-only event curated exclusively for Black Card holders. Each member is allowed to purchase one guest ticket. You control your +1 — choose wisely.

9. What if the venue denies me entry?
Olympia works with premium venues that have their own rules. If the venue’s team refuses entry due to dress code, behaviour, or any other reason, Olympia cannot override that decision. Respect the venue at all times.

10. Will I get another welcome gift if I renew next year?
No. Welcome gifts are only for first-time Black Card holders. You may receive other loyalty perks in future years, but the welcome gift is a one-time experience.
