WELCOME TO OLYMPIA

Olympia did not begin as a business plan.
It began as a thought.

The Birth of Olymp’tober

Following the success of the first Olympia, the team decided to do it again.

But this time, it was bigger.

That became the birth of Olymp’tober, the name given to Olympia’s now iconic October editions.

The very first October Olympia was called Eclipse, an all black affair that introduced guests to a completely new side of Olympia.

This was the moment Olympia truly began evolving into a brand rather than simply an event.

Themes entered the experience. Fashion became part of the atmosphere. The audience became part of the production.

Guests were encouraged to fully embody the vibe, dress intentionally, and immerse themselves in the world Olympia was creating.

The response was immediate.

Olympia was no longer simply somewhere to go.

It became somewhere to arrive.

Over the next four years, Olymp’tober became a staple within the Olympia journey, helping shape the brand’s identity through creativity, themed experiences, elevated aesthetics, and unforgettable moments.

Expansion & Evolution

Soon, one event became two. Then three.

April editions entered the calendar, with concepts like J’Adore helping define Olympia’s now signature approach to themed experiences.

What started during Covid as a small idea between a few people had become a recognised experience with a loyal and ever evolving community behind it.

As the years progressed, Olympia continued to evolve creatively, visually, and culturally.

And eventually, the summer Olympia transformed into something even bigger. C’est La Vie.

And after four unforgettable years, the decision was made to pause Olymp’tober to allow space for new experiences, new creativity, and to give the community room to breathe between events.

For now, Olymp’tober rests as part of Olympia history.

But never say never.

Five Years Later

Five years on, Olympia has grown from a lockdown idea into a recognised lifestyle and events brand with a loyal community behind it.

But the heart of it remains the same.

It Started With a Thought

Olympia did not begin as a business plan.

It began as a thought

One idea. One conversation. One feeling that something was missing.

Back in 2021, during the uncertainty of lockdown, a simple question kept coming up:

“Why was there no space in London that truly captured the energy, warmth, and vibrancy of Caribbean culture while still feeling elevated, intentional, and grown?”

At the time, the UK party scene felt divided. You either had events that lacked quality and atmosphere, or premium experiences that lacked soul and community

Olympia set out to change that. The vision was simple.

Bring the Caribbean to London, but do it our way.

Not just another party. An experience.

A space where music, fashion, culture, food, energy, and people all came together in a way that felt curated, immersive, and unforgettable

And so, Olympia was born.

The Beginning of Olympia

The very first event was called Welcome to Olympia.

No huge concept. No elaborate theme. Just good music, beautiful people, summer energy, and a vision still discovering itself

By today’s standards, it was intimate, just under 200 people, but the atmosphere was electric

From the very beginning, Olympia stood apart.

It became one of the first UK events within the Caribbean scene to push a true 25+ experience with a premium feel, intentional crowd curation, giveaways, immersive décor, aesthetics, and a stronger emphasis on atmosphere and presentation.

People did not just attend. They felt part of something.

And when the night ended, the question came immediately:

“When’s the next one?”
